Terms for Employment:
1. Must be at least 18 Years of Age. Proof of a Valid Driver’s License/State ID and one of the following: SSN Card, Birth Certificate, or U.S. Passport
2. At least one year of documented and relevant work experience.
3. Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or be willing to submit a Fingerprint Clearance Card application within seven days of hire.
4. Three Personal/Professional References.
5. Completion of T.E.A.M. Habilitation & Respite Employee Paperwork as well as Training.
